Shipping Policy

At Elizabeth & Daniel, every piece is handmade to order. We don't keep finished products sitting on shelves—each garland and floral arrangement is carefully crafted specifically for your order.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure it arrives well before your event date.

Processing Time

Our typical production time is 1–3 weeks before your order ships.

Because every item is handmade, production time depends on our current order volume and production schedule. During busy seasons, processing times may be closer to the longer end of that estimate.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS.

After your package has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your order's journey.

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, please remember that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are beyond our control.

Large & Custom Orders

Large orders, multiple-item orders, and custom designs typically require additional production time.

If you're ordering for a wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, or another special event with a specific date, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. We're happy to discuss your timeline and let you know whether we can accommodate your event date.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.

Damaged Packages

We carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves our studio. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
