Are your flowers real?
No. All of our floral garlands and arrangements are made with high-quality artificial flowers that are selected for their natural appearance, durability, and ability to stay beautiful throughout your event.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every piece is carefully handmade by us after your order is placed. We do not mass produce or stock finished inventory, so every garland is created especially for your celebration.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are completed within 1–3 weeks, depending on our current production schedule and order volume.
Once your order is finished, it will be shipped via USPS.
If you have an upcoming event with a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss your timeline.
Can I rush my order?
Sometimes!
If you need your order sooner than our current production time, send us a message before placing your order. We'll let you know whether we're able to accommodate your event date.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We'd love to hear about your vision.
Whether you're looking for different colors, a custom length, or décor for a unique event, contact us and we'll let you know what's possible.
How many garlands do I need?
Every event is different, but here are a few general ideas:
- Wedding arch: 3–5 garlands
- Photo backdrop: 3–6 garlands
- Sweetheart table: 2–4 garlands
- Cake table: 1–2 garlands
- Welcome sign: 1–2 garlands
- Reception décor: Varies depending on the space
If you're unsure, we're happy to help you determine how many you'll need for your event.
Can the garlands be used outdoors?
Yes! Our garlands work beautifully for outdoor events.
However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to heavy rain, high winds, or extreme weather, as these conditions may damage the flowers.
Can I reuse my garlands?
Absolutely.
Many customers reuse their garlands for bridal showers, weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, anniversaries, home décor, seasonal decorating, or future celebrations.
Do the flowers require any assembly?
No.
Your garlands arrive ready to decorate with right out of the box.
Simply unpack, gently fluff the flowers if needed after shipping, and they're ready to display.
Will my garland look exactly like the photos?
Because every piece is handmade, each garland is unique.
While we carefully recreate every design, slight variations in flower placement or seasonal material availability may occur. These small differences are part of what makes each handmade piece special.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every order is custom handmade specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you need to cancel an order, we gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we'll work with you to make it right.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS with tracking.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the locations available at checkout. If you're unsure whether we can ship to your country, please contact us before placing your order.
